Mint Garden Bar

Canberra has a thriving blogger community, but it’s not often we see each other face to face. Thanks to the organisation skills of one lovely lady, some of us self-proclaimed foodies descend on Mint Garden Bar at the Gorman House Markets to have a Christmas catch up (and for some of us, first meeting!).

The Museum Bar

Friday afternoon in Canberra starts out pretty gorgeous – blue skies, shining sun, decent weather. At 5.30pm, things turn, with huge black clouds sweeping in over the Brindabellas and a strong and biting wind. It’s a shame for The Museum Bar at (where else) the National Museum of Australia which is hosting its first evening of the season.
